  A. Introduction

 

   1.1         General

      Formosa Plastics Corporation FPC AE plant waste liquid system BS1MS010  is installed for completely burning the waste liquid out which was produced during process. System handling capacity should not be lower than 300 kilograms per hour under the greatest continuous situation; Plant can operate and operate in the whole year except that essential fixed shutting down is maintained and the trouble shut down and repair. in the peak time increasing hurriedly of amount of waste liquid, can also cooperate and operate operating.

 

There are incinerator systems, cooling water system of the waste gas, the process system of the waste gas and relevant equipment in AE Plant. Equipments are put outdoors.

 

   1.2        System

system including feeding system, incinerator,blower, waste gas cooling tower, wash tower, scrubber, exhauste fan and chimney etc., System capacity is  300 kilograms per hour.

 

The waste liquid is gushed out and entered incinerating dealing with with 3 k g / c m 2 by the waste liquid pump. The waste liquid is incinerated and dealt with the high-temperature waste gas produced to spray water to cool via the cooling tower first, via washing the tower in order to get rid of the acid gas included in the waste gas afterwards, micro- organic compound and various kinds of granular pollutant, reactant and reactant up to the discharge standard stipulated.

 

The main system including:

- Feeding system:  waste liquid pump, waste liquid spray nozzle and waste liquid barrel trough,etc..

- Air supply system: Combustion air blower(1st and 2nd air blower) and ducts.

- Incinerator system: waste liquid incinerator and combustion-supporting burning device group, etc..

- Waste gas cooling system: Quencher

- Waste gas treatment: scrubber and blower

- Chimney: Chimney, stack。

- Electricity: Power Panel, Cable and wiring, ground system, etc.,

- Electrol: Instrument, HMI, Control panel, control system, scada system. 

- Utility: Fuel system, cooling water circulatory system, air supply system.
